Elise Niu knew she was on to something when she created Functional HIIT on the Coast - and so did others. She was quickly picked up on Maori TV to star on the reality TV show School of Training. Elise knew this would have to act fast on this opportunity and engaged D&T to create a brand, website and strategy for the year, to achieve her goal of inspiring as many people as possible into a life of health & fitness. MAKING MAINSTREAM NEWS, TO SAVE kAPITI AIR SERVICES
Shaping the news agenda is what we do best. The Kapiti Coast Chamber of Commerce is one of the leading voices in the work to save the daily flight link between Kapiti and Auckland, following the news that Air New Zealand will cut its flights from 3 April 2018. Here are the Co-Chairs discussing with One News in Parliament why local businesses would welcome another airline to the region, and why the flights to Auckland are so important for economic growth.
This interview followed a meeting with key stakeholders including the Kapiti Coast District Council, Air Chathams, Todd Property and Hon Nathan Guy.

CHANGING PERCEPTIONS TO ENCOURAGE MORE YOUNG PEOLPE INTO EMPLOYMENT
In 2017 Work Ready Kāpiti needed to launch its brand, and capture the imagination of young people and employers in Kāpiti.
A foundation that is committed to helping 16-25 year olds transition into local employment it began as a joint initiative between The Kāpiti Coast Chamber of Commerce, The Kāpiti Coast District Council and The Youth Employment Strategy Group, before being formally established as a foundation in late 2018.
We were engaged to build the brand, build relationships between youth and employers, culmunating in a successful launch event mid-2017.
Delaney & Thorn continues to work with the Foundation today.
ESTABLISHING THOUGHT LEADERSHIP TO SAVE LIVES
Orange Umbrella and Quarry Group recently partnered together to create awareness to board executives of the importance of embedding a health & safety culture into organisations. We are currently working with Orange Umbrella on a range of communications initiatives including marketing collateral, government relations, video work, and website initiatives to establish her place as subject-matter expert and help lead organisations in this country into making real change that improves the lives of working New Zealanders.
